We transport every order in temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure your chicken arrives chilled and never frozen, guaranteeing superior taste and freshness.

Ordering is easy! Simply visit www.freshchicken.ae, browse our selection of chicken cuts (wings, breasts, thighs, drumsticks, mince, liver, and more), add your desired items to the cart, and check out. You can choose Cash on Delivery (COD) or pay securely online. All orders placed before our daily cutoff time qualify for next-day delivery across the UAE.

Yes! We offer next-day fresh chicken delivery to all seven Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al-Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Our refrigerated fleet makes daily runs, ensuring your order reaches you within 24 hours of purchase (depending on your emirate). Delivery fees are waived on orders over AED 100; otherwise, a nominal AED 20 fee applies.

  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UAE time) are delivered the following day.
  • Delivery Fee: AED 20 for orders under AED 100; free delivery on orders of AED 100 or more.
  • Delivery Slots: In major metro areas (Dubai & Abu Dhabi), you can choose Morning (9:00 AM–1:00 PM) or Evening (4:00 PM–7:00 PM) slots at checkout. In other Emirates, deliveries occur between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • Missed Deliveries: If no one is home at the scheduled time, our driver will call to reschedule. Additional redelivery fees may apply if a second attempt is needed due to customer unavailability.

    Every product is labeled with production date and instructions on storage temperature to ensure you enjoy fresh chicken at its peak quality.
Upon receiving your order, please refrigerate your chicken immediately at 0-4 °C. Our products have a 3-day shelf life from the production date if kept chilled. If you plan to freeze, transfer to a freezer set at –18 °C or below, this extends the shelf life up to six months (thaw in the fridge before cooking). Proper refrigeration preserves flavor, texture, and food safety.

Absolutely. Meatigo Fresh Poultry Trading L.L.C ensures that every chicken is 100% Halal and hand-slaughtered in compliance with UAE Islamic guidelines. We maintain rigorous quality checks and hold the necessary Halal certifications, so you can be confident in both taste and religious compliance.

We stand by our “Fresh or Free” promise. If you receive an incorrect product or severely damaged packaging, please call us at +971 58 986 3127 or email info@freshchicken.ae within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and a brief description (photos help). We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra charge. Note: Because fresh chicken is perishable, we cannot accept returns beyond these conditions or if reported after 24 hours.

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel or modify your order (change cuts/quantities) within 30 minutes to 1 hour of placing it by calling +971 58 986 3127.
  • After Dispatch: Once your order is sent out for delivery, cancellations or major modifications are not possible. If you no longer wish to receive the order, our team can discuss a partial refund (deducting any incurred delivery costs).
